Quest Labs : Coaching & Community

Developed through years of academic life coaching with students of all ages from around the world, this strengths-based approach gives students an opportunity to develop habits of mind and practices for success in a community setting.

Students meet online in small groups to discuss current personal Quests (projects, practices and pursuits). Students foster deeper relationships by working in small groups with similar goals. Collective intelligence is created as students share insights, recognize patterns and create manageable action plans.

Teens are equipped with an Academic planner (designed and tested by BIPOC college students) and a personalised Hero’s Guide as they forge new paths toward their purpose.

Concepts introduced: Learning and Motivation Styles, Mindfulness, Social-Emotional Skills, Ingredients for Resilience, Personal Dashboard of Strengths and Areas of Growth, Personal Management, Relationship Skills, Dealing with Difficult Thoughts and Emotions

Good: Knowing what to do and why it matters

Better: Knowing when and how to do it

Best: Making progress with confidence and ease
